Return Policies

At Staunch Water Polo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please email our customer service team at vaughn@staunch.co.za. In your email, include the following information:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A list of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, faulty item, etc.).

  2. Receive a Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and a return shipping address. This number helps us process your return accurately and quickly.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number and RAN inside the package.

  4. Send the Item Back: Ship the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Staunch Water Polo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).

  • Exchanges: If you require an exchange for a different size or item, please mention this in your initial email. We will process your exchange once the original item has been received and inspected. If there is a price difference, we will contact you to arrange for payment or a refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at vaughn@staunch.co.za. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed, and in this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and fairly.
